WHICH OCCUPATION IN IT TO CHOOSE?
There are different occupations in IT, and, as in other professions, a combination of prerequisites and motivation to learn is required to be successful. Before deciding what are you interested in, you will come to our demonstration workshops where people that work in the IT field will tell you what kind of work it is. There will be opportunities to hear the experiences of people who have gone through the same career change path. If you decide to change your career we will help you assesss ifyou are better for working in programming or maybe working withend-users. This will be assess by IT experts and/or psychologists
WHEN AND WHERE EDUCATIONS ARE HELD
In cooperation with cities, educational institutions, and mentor companies, we organize training that last 4 to 6 months for different IT professions. Training is initiated depending on the interest of the participants and the ability of the local community to provide infrastructural prerequisites. The training schedule will be regularly published on the websites and social networks of Fores and our training partners.
EDUCATION FINANCING
Education is free with the obligation to attend regularly. If you are registered with the Croatian Employment Services, we also use the available training and education measures, so you will receive compensation during the training and internship.
WHAT AFTER EDUCATION?
Upon successful completion of the training, depending on your needs, we will offer you a job at Fores or help with self-employment or employment with our partners or users.
